A true trailblazer, JBW webshop has over 3,500 products that are distributed (through their supply chain) to well-established businesses all over the world and not content with world domination, they also design and manufacture their own branded products to an increasingly loyal customer base.
JBW required a full corporate reband, including a new branding suite and high performance ecommerce website that would put them in pole position.
We worked closely with JBW to understand their business requirements and the processes supporting it. It was clear immediately that a 3rd party system would not support their vision, so the HeadRed team built a bespoke website with an enterprise ecommerce platform to support their business growth. Collaboratively, we focused on ensuring the complicated tyre ordering process, ‘Wheel Finder’ was simplified to ensure customers were buying the correct products for their vehicle and as always, the HeadRed team developed a responsive website centred on functionality, engagement and conversions.
