Staff Intranet

HeadRed provided the QIA with a modern, professional design for the new intranet, which would stimulate an increase in staff usage levels. The resultant design is clean, effective and consistent with all existing QIA branding, both online and offline

Intranet users have been supplied with a clear and intuitive method of navigation that is usable, accessible and provides them with a quick and easy route to whatever information they require

HeadRed ensured that all existing intranet functionality was upgraded to specification, including the redevelopment of a secure document archive, staff handbook and the QIA's monthly online magazine, "Insight"

Our work on the new QIA corporate site included a complete redesign, overhauling the old look and providing a much cleaner, crisper feel that is more befitting of the agency's values and traditions

The overall site structure and layout also needed to be improved to better support the vast quantity of content and articles, so we developed a more logical, user-friendly navigation

Finally, as a public sector organisation, the QIA required that the new site be developed in accordance with strict government accessibility guidelines.
